1. Skin types vary — makeup durability may differ due to skin condition or weather. If you have sensitive skin, bring your own foundation or touch-up kit.

3. Earrings: self-select and disinfect in the earring area.

4. For your safety and costume preservation, please avoid cycling while in makeup and costume. Irreparable damage (e.g., grease stains, tears) may incur compensation—refer to in-store rules.

5. Please book at least 1 day in advance. Your makeup time will be confirmed via a reservation voucher sent by our staff.

6. Reservation guests have priority. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or queued after walk-in clients. Please arrive on time to avoid delays of 30 minutes or more.
