Makeup Sensitivity: Summer heat and skin types vary. Makeup durability may differ, and some guests may experience minor breakouts (rare). If you have sensitive skin, we recommend bringing your own base makeup or touch-up kit.
Optional Accessories: Embroidered scarf (Longhua) and double eyelid tape are not necessary for everyone. Please request them on-site if needed.
Earring Selection: Self-select from our disinfectable accessory area (alcohol provided).
Costume Safety: Please avoid cycling while in makeup and costume. Damage such as grease stains or tears may incur compensation — refer to in-store policy.
Booking Required: Please book at least 1 day in advance. Arrival time is based on your official reservation voucher.
Reserved guests have priority. Late arrivals will be rescheduled or placed in line.
Same-day photoshoot slots are limited — late arrival may result in forfeited session.
Transportation Costs: You are responsible for your own transportation to the chosen location and any admission fees. Photographer’s costs are covered.
Customization: If you have personal styling or photography preferences, please inform us before makeup or the shoot begins. Each step will proceed only after your full satisfaction and confirmation.
