Friendly Reminder:
During summer, due to individual differences in skin types and outdoor activities, varying degrees of makeup fading or occasional minor breakouts may occur (statistically rare). This is considered normal. If you are concerned about this or have sensitive skin, we recommend bringing your preferred touch-up or base makeup products.

Longhua (embroidered neck scarf) & Double Eyelid Tapes:
Not required for everyone. Please request from the staff if needed. If you have specific preferences regarding the style of double eyelid tapes, please communicate with the makeup artist before the session.

Earrings:
Please choose your earrings from the designated earring section. Alcohol for disinfection is available.

After Makeup — Travel Caution:
Please refrain from riding bicycles after styling. In case of irreversible damage (e.g., oil stains on costumes, fabric tears), compensation may apply. Details can be found in the store policy.

Appointment Notice:
Please schedule your appointment at least one day in advance after purchasing the voucher. Your makeup time will be based on the official reservation confirmation (sent by our customer service).

• To ensure the best service experience, reserved guests will have priority over walk-ins.

• If you are late, your session may be rescheduled or reordered according to the current walk-in sequence.

• Please arrive on time to avoid waiting over 30 minutes.

Transportation Fees:
The photographer and assistant will accompany you to the shooting location. Their admission tickets and shared transportation costs (usually via a six-seater vehicle for equipment transport) will be borne by you.

Personalized Requests:
If you have specific preferences for makeup styling or photography style, please inform the team beforehand.
